The function is explained as follows: A telegram at the input triggers the logic group.
The telegram value is also used as a delay time.
For the output, the telegram value is converted into a 1-bit telegram with the value "one".

The distributor ensures that the delay time is first set in the retarder before it is triggered.

In this way, a single telegram can set a delay time and then switch on a KNX device.

In this example, the unit of delay is set to seconds for testing.
