Clock generator gate on logic 1

Description:
This clock generator is suitable for all clocked processes that require a defined logic 1 at the output in the deactivated state of the logic group.
While the logic group is active, the output is written with a cycle time of 1 second, alternating between logic 1 and logic 0.

When deactivating the logic group, the output is set to logic 1.
In addition, the cycle time (cycle duration) can be changed.

These can be, for example, visualisation elements which, for example, show the course of a longer scene or require special attention when a function is deactivated.

The cycle time (in seconds) can be changed via the separate "Cycle time" input.

Links required to operate this clock generator:
- Input (1bit) - Logic 1 to start/enable and 0 to stop/disable the clock generator.
- Output (1Bit) - Output alternating 1 and 0

Optional information:
- Cycle time (2byte integer, unsigned) - Cycle time in seconds
