Clock generator gate on logic 0

Description:
This clock generator is suitable for clocked processes. It can be used to control signalling systems that require a defined logic 0 at the output when the logic group is deactivated.
Signalling devices can be e.g. buzzers or warning lights for sliding or rolling gates. But this logic group is also suitable for controlling visualisation elements.

When deactivating the logic group, the output is set to logic 0.
In addition, the cycle time (cycle duration) can be set variably.

This clock generator supplies a logical 0 to the output after initialisation and in the stopped state of the logic group.
If the logic group is activated, the output is written with a cycle time of 1 second alternating between logic 0 and logic 1.

The cycle time (in seconds) can be changed via the separate "Cycle time" input.

Links required to operate this clock generator:
- Input (1bit) - Logic 0 to start/enable and 1 to stop/disable the clock generator.
- Output (1Bit) - Output alternating 0 and 1

Optional specification:
- Cycle time (1byte integer) - Cycle time in seconds
