Heating and cooling control with mixer and pump

The module is intended for flow temperature control with a pump and mixer. Preferably for floor and wall heating or cooling.

The module is switched to heating or cooling mode via the summer/winter mode input.

Heating mode:
The module can be given a temperature to enable heating; if the outdoor temperature drops below this value, the pump is activated in order to circulate the water permanently and thus keep the flow rates at the heating manifolds constant. In addition, the pump would be activated by a heating or cooling request from the heating actuator.
The setpoint value can be entered via the input for setting the flow temperature, e.g. via the Visu. The module regulates the actual temperature via the mixer to the setpoint temperature in a 4-second cycle, i.e. the mixer changes its position with a temperature change lasting 4 seconds. This time is sufficient for most mixers; if too high a cycle frequency is entered, you will get a fluctuating temperature, as no precise mixing can take place and the mixer either opens or closes too far.
To prevent the open/close contacts of the switching actuator from closing simultaneously, they were locked via the feedback objects.

Cooling mode:
In cooling mode, the air-conditioning compressor (central air-conditioning unit) is activated either by a cooling request from the heating actuator or by a request from a ceiling unit (e.g. fan coil actuator).
If a request is made via the heating actuator, the pump is activated.

Important for both modes:
The mixer only starts to control when the pump has been activated (feedback object of the switching actuator).
