This logic group detects rising and falling edges and reports them via one of two outputs.

Using the bilinary filter tools, the received telegram value is forwarded to one of the two outputs.
The edge change is always signalled with a TRUE at the corresponding output.
A translator tool is placed in front of the output for the "falling edge" so that a TRUE->FALSE edge change is also signalled with a TRUE.
