The logic group switches a participant ON immediately, but OFF with a delay. The behaviour of the OFF delay is parameterised so that it is cancelled by an ON telegram.

This results in the following behaviour:
The output switches...
- immediately "ON",
- delayed "OFF" and
- not OFF when an "ON" is received during the delay
