This logic group counts telegrams.
The counting process is independent of the telegram value of the telegrams.

The number of counted telegrams (the count value) is output to the "Number of telegrams" output.

The "Reset" input resets the counter value at the output back to 0.

The function is initialised with the value 0 via the "Init" input.
