Wind direction text output

To simplify the output of the wind direction, this logic group converts the wind direction (value) into a text.

The wind direction is divided into eight value ranges:

= 22.5 = 'North-East'.
= 67.5 = 'East
= 125.5 = 'South-East'.
= 157.5 = 'South
= 202.5 = 'south-west'.
= 247.5 = 'West'.
= 292.5 = 'North-West'.
Remaining values = 'North
